"HORRIBLE PLACE! As soon as you walk in you can feel the emptiness and depression in the salon. From start to finish our experience with this mediocre salon was BAD. When you walk in, you yourself have to greet the receptionist due to her incompetence and lack of common sense when customers walk in. As we proceeded to head to the chair the rude stylist at not time offered us a child fun chair. So what’s the point of having them if you’re not going to use them. Due to the unprofessionalism that took place I had to sit with my son as he got his 3rd haircut and have myself covered in hair. Moving on to the actual haircut itself, after explaining how we wanted our sons hair cut to the stylist, she had to ask how to do it and even asked us what it should look like. Then proceed to say we’ve all done cuts like this before we just have different ways. During the whole haircut she was forceful with my sons head. To make things even worse her attitude when my son moved was known. This establishment has NO child education on how to interact with them. After all said and done dummy offered my one year old son a lollipop, to which my wife and I both rejected. If you want to take your child somewhere caring and allow them to have a great experience take them to: Cookie Cutters in Fullerton 1036 E Bastanchury Rd Suite A Fullerton,Ca 92835 At Cookie Cutters it’s their mission to make sure every customer is satisfied. Only reason I came to Rainbow Kids Hairstyling is because they we were booked and we had a family gathering. WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! Please do not use this establishment and allow it to go out of business."

"We usually love coming here. The other girls do a great job and are super nice but today Mindy serviced my child for the first time. She had a bad attitude as I was trying to explain the type of hair cut we wanted. I also didn't like how she pulled my child's hair so aggressively as she blow dried it. When she finished my daughter's hair looked almost the same as when we arrived. So disappointing!! Her bad customer service skills and bad hair cut job now has me considering taking my daughter somewhere else. She's working with kids!! She should change her attitude. If you go just avoid taking your child with her."
