"Pretty upset the management changed for worse. 1. They will change your order based on their schedule, so if you ordered a #1 mani and #1 pedi but their busy they'll say just manicure only but without telling you until they are finished. Also my toes do not match the color I chose, no one offered me an alternative color to match what I selected from the pallet. 2. They will make up fees and add about $20 so be sure you do your math and ask. Communication is so poor and decision making poor customer service poor"
