"They use unsterilized tools and use same scrubbing sponge in all customers feet, I asked the lady to use a new sponge and she pretended not understand still charged the service even they didn’t finished. Don’t go or you may end up with fongus!!"

"You can use a card but there is a fee. I had a gel manicure and pedicure done and the next day my second toe was puffy and infected. I've never had that before, it was extremely painful. Some polish on the side of my fingers too.They were nice and friendly otherwise. But cleanliness is extremely important, especially these days. Sadly, even with the good pricing, I won't be returning."

"I came here to get my daughters neice and my.own nails done and it turned into a huge fiasco. My daughter who is only 17 and was graduating from high school wanted to get her nails done there during the process of getting g her nails done she realized the nails.werent gonna look right due to the length and because she is very shy and non confrontational was scared to tell the woman doing the nails her concern so my neice let me know in which I told the woman and she became very aggressive and started to not.only aggressively speak to my daughter but throughout the whole time of.doing her nails but continue to chastise her for not.speaking up sooner which I had already discussed with my daughter before I brought it up to the nail tech needless to say I had to literally yell at the nail tech to leave my 17 year old minor daughter alone and do her nails exactly how she wants it because she ended up changing the style due to the length of nail being too short and not wanting to make the lady take off all the nails and do it again and considering we are PAYING customer on top of that my youngest daughter got manicure and requested white color nail polish and the older lady gave her uneven white tip. This shop was very unprofessional we will never ever give them our business again. My daughters are very polite and well mannered children and the fact that their experience there was traumatizing says alot about the customer service. The fact that they talk so much instead of catering to the nail experience says alot as to why my child was scared to.speak up to the point I had to step in and after stepping in the woman kept being argumentative and passive aggressive with my child while I was sitting there which was uncalled for. Imagine how she would've treated her if I wasn't there?? In the end we paid for the service and still tipped (very well) to show that woman that we will never ever give her business another dime or a referral to friends and or family. Side note:Never sit in this older woman who works here chair either very unskilled when it came to.my youngest daughter manicure. I mean she didn't even oil her cuticle or massage nothing. The fact that a other woman posted they threw water at her because she felt they were too rough says alot about their respect for paying customers. As a paying customer I expect to be respected and vice versa. This place clearly doesn't respect people and if I'm polite and a paying customer I expect the same polite service."

"Worst service and got water throw at me!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS I went to remove previous acrylic and get a manicure done. This lady in red grabbed my FIRST finger and was super rough that I stopped her immediately and said nevermind and left. Once I walked to my car she got a bucket and ran outside and threw it on my feet. I went back and ask to talk to the manager and ask for her name. They started to say that they worked on my hands, removed the powered, soaked them when they did not and lied about it. The 4 fingers I don't have nails on were the once I removed by myself which hurt and that's why I decided to get them removed professionally. They lied about what they did and that lady threw water at me. I have never had the need to EVER leave a bad review but this is ridiculous. Please don't ever go here. Go to any other place."

"Justin is wonderful. I have my nail spot by home but if I can’t make it to that one this one is my go to before work! He is friendly, chatty, and does great work! If you are in a rush call early and schedule and appointment which has helped me skipped the line! The price is good too, $30 for a full set with gel! Nd my nails last more than two weeks! With no lifting"
