"Requested the best nail tech and they gave me the worst person ever. Like, the person just started. Struggled to glue on nails!! First time there, never again. 35 bucks down the drain. And I still paid!! Nails are so bad to even show them to the public"

"This was the worst experience of my life. First I came in and asked for a pedicure and refill on my nails with no gel. I was charged more than I expected and when I asked why the price was so high the man told me it was for the services I had asked for plus the removal of my old acrylic plus gel. I couldn’t complain about the removal of my other acrylic because the woman who did my nails had already done it without asking me but I did get my money back for the gel since it hadn’t been done. On top of that, my nails are not even and she filled to much on my right dumb and now it hurts cause she cut my skin really bad. Overall this was horrible service where they done listen to what a customer wants but what they want in order to make more money. Go to this place if you want but I can bet you will not like it."

"If you don't want to read the whole thing let me just say RUN in the opposite direction.I went in for a gel manicure and walked out with something that my 9 year old niece could have done. I first ask for a glitter gel color but the man that was doing my nails forgot a base color and tried to let me walk out with a bare nail and specs of glitter. Another nail tech stepped in and asked if I liked it once I said no she asked if I wanted a different color. I choose a deep red but by the time he was done with my nails he had gotten gel polish all over my skin so that it was attached to my nails. The polish wasn't even in color or texture. Parts of my nails looked like the were growing small tumors. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I regret paying them. Ps this is my bf google account I'm posting with"

"I have been going there for a long time, but my last visit was horrible. Kimmy the owner was rude she was attending a customer and the person who was doing my nails could not do the design I wanted. I think she was new, so then she did it, but forgot to do one part of the design I asked her to do it she said,"last time I did your nails you did not get that and rolled her eyes because she had to come back and do me the design. I remember everything and I get the same design every time I go there. She gave me attitude was rude. I feel like she should not have questioned me becuase either way I am paying for the service, so I should not be questioned just do your job."
