"I do not recommend Dr Chu, he is scammer and abuser. I booked to have cleaning and Dr Chu did not clean my teeth because he needed to have chemistry with me as man and woman and he massage my lips and asked me your lips are firm did you have filler. It was wired. I did not asked for any of them it was uncomfortable and irritating and bothered. Dr. Chu said he is not going to charge. I replied I needed cleaning and everything was strange. I felt he is a big scammer. He charged me for nothing. I did not asked for consultation. He mentioned I am not charging but her office manager charged me. Please if you love your teeth your respect and your money this doctor is not a good doctor no doctor says I only cleanse or fix a dental issues base on chemistry, he is not going to be my boyfriend or have sexual relationships. We don’t need chemistry. Please don’t waste your time and money. This is verbal harassment and insults disrespectful to the patients. Base on this verbal against his license to be a doctor. He could say no I leaved to say no he said loud and clear he need chemistry to provide me cleaning. Or any care. Her assistant was there too. It was shocking and harassment I was in shock and stressed from Dr. Chu. Don’t even go there. Not worth a second."

"Jeff Chu tried to take advantage of my elderly parent who is new to the area. He advised an unnecessary dental implant that would have cost 50K. We sought another opinion and 2 other dentists in the area said it wasn't needed. Terrible that he would try to scam my parent like this."
