"New property manager is very disrespectful. The apartments themselves are pretty decent. Not very spacious. One bedroom apartments dont have w/d hook up. Rent goes up more frequent than any other apartment complex. They dont care if you've never been late in three years. Not recommended unless you have no other option."
"I've been living here for about 2 years now and love it. The manager, Pam, is always available during office hours and has fixed a couple of things before I even knew they were broken lol. It's safe and very quiet. The only downside I can think of is that you're only allowed a single pet but I can live with that :)"

"This place needs some more recent reviews. Ms. Pam is the new landlord here and she is absolutely wonderful. She has years of landlording experience in different parts of the country, and she knows what she is doing. She is highly professional, always available during business hours, and very prompt in making right any wrongs. This place only holds 6 month leases, so if you aren't satisfied, you have no long term obligation. The Blackpatch neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Springfield. Quiet, low crime, and the Forest Park Apartments are super affordable compared to other aprtments in Springfield (compare to the Legacy Apts). Forest Park is definitely the best apartment option in Springfield."
