"First and foremost, the customer experience is beyond exquisite and has the outmost amazing workers, Victoria is just the sweetest and held an amazing conversation with me and my sisters as well as sweet Linda who was still laughing and being extremely caring with my sister who is known for being dramatic, jackly was also a gem as she was attentively making we were being serviced not only for manicures and pedicures but making sure we were smiling aswell. The nail care they provoided for us by far has the most effective results as not only did they get rid of all of our dead skin and nails, but thoroughly massaged my hands and feet back into the condition they were when I was born, my hands and feet feel softer than ever and my muscles left soo loose made me want to test them out with typing out this review. I strongly recommend and encourage for everyone to come to this location for their hygienic care and be mindful that all of their workers are extremely generous like may and shaga who were unfortunately was off for the day but are equally as amazing!! The only complaint I have is how I was unable to rate higher than 5 starts because they deserve all the stars in the constellation "

"If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! I came back after 1 year, and the lady I got was way TOO rough. I had an ingrown nail, which she DIDN'T get out. She just made me bleed, and hurt me. I will NEVER come back again. I feel bad for the owner VICTORIA, since she's so sweet. She wasn't here today, if not I would address it to her."

"Set done on December 29th and it’s looks older Honestly…I’ve never had a manicure that I’ve ever been strongly dissatisfied with. The guy who did this set was very rude, doesn’t know the meaning of customer service and has an extremely poor attitude. He did such a horrible job that I had to go back two days later because both my pinky nails broke. I don’t do vigorous activities for nails to be breaking. The entire time he was rushing throug his work and was very careless about my whole set The first day I was there I asked the two people who were doing my hands and feet if they charge extra for cuticles and they said no that they “do it for me”. Idk about everyone else but my biggest insecurities on my hands is the over growth of dried and dead skin around my fingers. I came home and after my shower I grabbed the clipper for the cuticles and there was so much on each finger. I could’ve done a better job but I was getting tired and I’m not left handed. That’s exactly the reason why I went to a salon. If I would’ve wanted something like this would’ve gone to Walgreens and bought the fake nails instead…cheaper and I don’t have anyone being mean. This guy seems like he hates his job and is so unhappy. When I went in that day I sat at his station once again and his attitude was even worse than the day before I had gone. I asked him if he spoke and understood English. I was calm an at first I wasn’t angry but I was still upset that I had to go back within such a short period of time. I’m expressing to him what’s wrong my nails and he starts arguing with me. We’re going back and forth and im telling him that “this is not quality work” and all of sudden he has his in chopping motion and he slams his hand on my hand so I did back to him and I told him to not that to me. One of nails wasn’t even going in the same direction. Eventually I made eye contact with one of the nails and she was already done with one person so she looks at me and says to me if I wanted her to do my nails. I said yes and she was honestly so sweet and her customer service was great. She even did the crooked index finger that was so poorly done. Unfortunately I could say that she needs more experience but with her being so kind hearted she’ll get a lot farther and will be a great nail tech one day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Victoria deserves all the stars."

"It was my first time at this place. Is expensive and the girl name Victoria, she did french style on my nails, but she doesn't do the manicure profesionally, I asked for manicure but it not cut it the cuticule. Everything is $5.00 extra. They don't stop to saying 5 dollars extra for everything. NOT COMING BACK . And the work ia not good all my nails have bubbles because they use bad and old product."
