"Tina Helen and Maria are great and friendly. I have been going for years"
"Horrible! I mean I should have assumed based off how bad this place looks inside. Anyway, I went to get my nails taken off and just a gel polish. I waited an HOUR. Finally they come and she she plops my hand in water for 60 seconds and tells me I need a manicure as well because my nails look bad?? I said no- I just want it removed and gel polish. So she starts scraping my nails off. No electric tool or anything. SCRAPING it off. It was extremely painful and I repeatedly said that hurt. She ignored me. It was so painful, I got up and left. Paid the $5 and left!!! I have never had anyone take nails off that way. See the photos! No apology, nothing. She literally told me to go. Don’t go here! It’s trashy and the techs are rude and don’t know what they are doing!"
"Fantastic Service Super Friendly and Always on Time If.... YOU'RE ASIAN...I'm not....they were kinda rude and made me wait when I had already called in. DON'T GO!...it's a waste of time and money. SERIOUSLY. Highly disappointed :("
"Came in for a fill. Was in the middle of getting the nails done and they started texting. They stepped away and we had to wait for the other lady to finish the nails, who also stopped in the middle to text. Got a regular polish and the coat is completely see through. Idk if that’s because of the polish itself but this was a horrible experience."
"I’ve only ever gone here out of convenience or last minute mani-pedis since where I normally go is in Pasadena but I’ve been disappointed the past few times gone. I always expect the next time to be better but I always come out disappointed in one way or another. My first disappointment was when I got a full set. The lady who attended me was very kind & sweet but she nicked me with the clippers. I didn’t even notice until it was the time to apply the acrylic. I got such a bad chemical burn on my finger that did not got away for two days. I felt a constant tingling & throbbing sensation as well as like I had my skin close to a flame. I’ve never had anything like that happen before. My normal salon has never given me a burn like that. I’m not sure if it’s because of the quality of the products used or because of that fact that she cut me & I didn’t find out about it until it was time to get the acrylic on. The second disappointment came when I went in to get a gel-mani. Again, it was last minute & they are great with taking walk-ins, but my visit was far from satisfactory. Anyway, I went in to get a gel-mani on my natural nails. I picked the color I wanted & I loved it. I wasn’t nicked or burned this time. I was satisfied for once with my experience. Sadly, it didn’t last for long. Within one week of having my gel-mani, I could see cracks within the polish & by the second day the cracks started, it was starting to chip. Now, I’m not nail technician but as a nail enthusiast, I am highly certain that gel-mani’s were created with the intent to last well over a week & into 3wks+. Again, my personal favorite nail salon has never given me any problems with the quality of their work & polishes. I got a gel mani-pedi the first week of December 2017 for my brother’s wedding. I didn’t have the time to get it removed which is why I had it on for so long but it was still going strong into late-January until I finally went to get it taken off. I did not experience any cracking or chipping with that mani-pedi. All other times I’ve gone, my regular mani-pedi’s just haven’t last long & never even make it to 4days. They ladies there are very nice, don’t get me wrong, but the work isn’t that great especially not for the prices that I’ve had to pay. I’ve learned from my mistakes & will not be coming back here. I’ll be sticking to my other nail salon."
