"STAY AWAY!! Front desk workers are negligent and unwilling to help. My doctor went on vacation and I needed my medication refilled and the front desk refused to give my urgent message to a different doctor (even though that other doctor had prescribed me the same medication previously) and were very rude. I had to spend several days without my medication and ended up feeling very sick. Never going back there."
"The doctor here was wonderful but the support staff was the worse and screwed up everything. On 3 separate occasions it took me 10 phone calls between the office and my pharmacy to a prescription filled. A few of the attempts they even sent the wrong prescription that thankfully my pharmacy caught. It took me 2 weeks on average to fill a prescription. It took 4 phone calls between the office and a specialist for a referral letter to be properly sent even though I’m not sure if this was done. It took about a dozen phone calls and multiple attempts in person to give them the correct billing and regardless of my attempts they still billed me and not my insurance. As a disabled veteran the VA sent me here because they weren’t able to see me within 6 months. Having to spend weeks at a time constantly calling my doctor and the VA only to be to told it hasn’t been done yet was causing issues with my PTSD and caused me to snap at their staff which is unusual for me. When I requested follow up blood work to see why I was so tired, moody, and confused they decided to drop me instead of helping make sure there isn’t something else going on. It’s really hard to find quality care as a veteran. This isn’t the place."
"They never want to “fix” anything. Here take this pill everyday and come back in 3 months so I can give some more pills to counteract this first pill. Be nice it a doctor actually had your best interests in mind. Time for a new pcp."
"This clinic has a very welcoming atmosphere. The ladies in the front desk are kind and helpful. The nurses are as kind as can be for human beings who have their own personal life and problems. Be understanding they're not robots .. The doctors are absolutely great considering the fact that most of the time the clinic is overwhelmed with patients .. make an appointment .. don't be inconsiderate.. there is something called URGENT CARE for whatever emergency you might have as we all have them.. Bless this place."
"Going to the doctors office has always meant placing yourself in a position of not knowing as much about what’s going on as the professionals who work there. The past two years have furthered that, insofar as patients also are unlikely to have a complete understanding of what frontline workers have had to experience and endure. With that backdrop in place, I visited MRMG to see my doctor. Upon arriving, I was greeted in friendly fashion by two women at the reception desk, who told me that my primary care physician himself was out with Covid. They politely asked if I would be willing to see a different care provider, which I was happy to do. As I signed in, one of them stated, “ We are going to be a little short staffed today, but it’s still going to be a wonderful day; sometimes it just helps to think of it that way.“ The same demeanor of personal care and encouragement continued throughout my visit. Alicia Maddox, Teresa Pisani and Christy Knight all took thoughtful and professional care of me, mind, body and spirit. Thanks to everyone for that care."
