"Claremont Modern Dentistry has friendly and professional staff. Whenever I’ve gone here, the procedures are smooth and I do feel like I’m getting quality care. With that said though, they WILL try to upswell you on any and every procedure they possibly can in order to suck every last penny from each of their customers. The only people I’d recommend to go here are people who know their dental insurance policy well, are good at saying no, or simply have a ton of money laying around for unnecessary dental procedures. If you don’t fall into one of those categories: STEAR CLEAR!! Upselling and dishonesty about patients oral health for profit is ruining this business!"

"I appreciate the individual and personal care I have experienced at every appointment by all staff members at Claremont Modern Dentistry. More specifically, I am so grateful for Dr Lee, and her willingness to ask questions that led me as a mother and individual to seek additional treatment from multiple professionals for my daughter and myself.. Her desire to help and willingness to take time to ask questions ultimately led me to research, consider and receive medical treatment which has/will provide relief and healing of lifetime dysfunction and have potential to benefit for multiple generations. "I cannot say enough good things about this office from the check-in receptionist to the guy that did my x-rays to the hygienist and especially Dr. Mohr. Dr. Mohr is the nicest dentist I have ever met. His bed side manor is exceptional and he truly made my day. Never thought I would have had my entire day turned around from having such a positive experience at a Dentist’s office. Thank you so much for making my experience here so great. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist."

"I recently had a very upsetting experience with Marco. My husband has a dental emergency and despite having an appointment scheduled for Monday, I reached out to them for an urgent visit. To my dismay, the response I received was far from caring or accommodating. Instead of understanding the severity of my situation, the staff seemed indifferent to my pain and urgency. There was a clear lack of empathy and no effort was made to squeeze me in for an earlier appointment. It felt like my emergency and discomfort were of no concern to them. This experience has left me feeling neglected and frustrated, especially given the nature of dental emergencies where every moment counts. I had expected a higher level of care and responsiveness from a professional dental practice. Unfortunately, this incident has seriously made me reconsider my choice of dental care provider. To those seeking dental services, I would advise looking for a practice that truly values patient care and understands the urgency of dental emergencies. EDIT: After my initial disappointment due to a less than satisfactory response to my husband’s dental emergency, I am updating my review to reflect a recent, more positive experience at the dental clinic. During our scheduled appointment, the change in the staff’s approach was markedly better. They acknowledged our previous discomfort and went out of their way to ensure that this visit was a stark contrast to the last. Their attention to detail, genuine concern for my husband’s condition, and overall care were commendable. This experience made us feel valued and reassured about the level of care provided. This visit has significantly changed my perspective of the clinic. It’s evident that they can offer high-quality care with empathy, especially when the severity of a situation is fully understood. While there’s still room for improvement in initial emergency responses, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation and provide excellent service during our follow-up visit. For those in need of dental services, my experience suggests that this clinic has the capability to deliver quality care, emphasizing a patient-first approach, especially after recognizing the urgency of a situation."

"Be careful , this establishment gives you bogus appointment cards and then send you an appointment text with a different appointment time. If you’re not careful to read the appointment text you may assume your time is the same as the appointment card. I had to reschedule because they would not take because I was suppose to show up at 8AM."
