"The petty is strong with this one.. Keep an eye on your coverage statements from your insurer..... I had to pay roughly 45% "shared cost" just to get a coverage statement showing they covered 100% of the procedure. Dr Gomez insisted that they had not paid her. It took awhile but, the insurance, myself and her went back and forth a few times till she begrudgingly agreed to refund me my share. With the condition my family not return."

"Front office receptionist "Alexa" scheduled my second appointment for me at 3pm on a Thursday and I added it to my calendar at the moment it was made. I call 3 days before my appointment to make sure my insurance accepted my treatment and confirmed my appointment for Thursday at 3pm. On the day of my appointment I get a call at 2:30pm by the dentist not the receptionist, asking me "Are you still coming to your appointment?" and I responded with "Yes, my appointment is at 3." and she responded with, "I can't see you today, I have another appointment at 3, but I can reschedule you for tomorrow." So there was miscommunication there. There was miscommunication when I made my first appointment and once I get there they told me I was only getting x-rays done first and i have to schedule a different appointment for a cleaning because they said that's how it's done at that dentist. Then there was miscommunication again when they tell me to schedule another appointment for a cleaning and procedure then when I arrive to that appointment I get informed that I will only be getting a cleaning done and I need to make a 3rd appointment for my procedure! This place is just trying to make money off your insurance by making you schedule multiple appointments when these procedures can be done in 1 or 2 visits not 3 or 4 visits. Complete waste of my time. Save yourself from this headache. I wanted to give this facility a chance and disregard it's rating, but now I understand why it has low ratings."

"Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever experienced from a dental/medical office. I have been trying for 2 months to schedule an appointment. Each time I've called, I've been told that they need to verify the insurance and someone will call me back. I've provided the insurance information on 5 separate occasions and no one has returned my call. Today I was told that the office manager would call me right back. 5 hours later and no call. July 19 - follow-up to my previous review. Spoke with office manager Carmen on 7/2. She advised that she would call me back on 7/12 to finally get appointments scheduled. Never heard back from her. Called her today and she asked me to remove my negative comment from Facebook. I refused. Because I wouldn't remove my comment, she refused to treat my grandchildren. If you don't want to hear what people say, don't participate in social media. My feedback remains--horrible customer service."
