"I had very good experience with Root canal! Well organized, the dentist is doing surgery gently and really cares about how the patient is feeling! The ones helping with x-rays and preparations are very friendly as well. Also they have great facilities and perfect environment to make the experience enjoyable! My only compliant is the dental cleaning part, the senior aged Asian woman dentist (not the dentist who did root canal) seems in rush doing all the cleaning and leave my tooth even bleeding after completion and no reminder of gargle. She was not good at communicating as well, no heads up of completion, very crude, making the experience so bad. Not sure if she is an outsourced staff or so as I’ve visited there 3 times and every time I left with satisfaction - this is the only time I felt this way. With that being said, I still have great experience overall especially the root canal part."
