"don’t go there they don’t know how to treat a customer. They will choose what to do for you and they will decline what they cannot do and you will find yourself in the middle of the treatment looking for another doctor so from the beginning look for a good doctor that can handle your situation, don’t waste your time here. I have to wait for three weeks in pain just to look for another doctor."
"They are hugely RUDE here! If you aren’t BOWING DOWN they disrespect you and call you a liar and dismiss your well-being. They have wrongfully messed up two teeth and refuse to fix the situation. The owner TAN NGHIEM got into my face to fight and was disrespectful to me after asking NICELY if he actually heard what was being said about the problems that were caused by his practice. It was never said that the practice was bad just the dentist that worked on the teeth twice. He immediately took defensive of the doctor who did a bad job instead of admitting maybe it was done wrong. And never apologized just said I was wrong. Three root canals were done at other doctors no pain was felt until coming to this practice. DO NOT COME HERE!!!"
"Normally, I never leave a review but after seeing all the bad reviews, it makes me feel a bit sadden. I have been coming here for years ever since I was little and my siblings goes here too. Everyone is so sweet and attentive. They’re very patient and take care of you, it makes you feel like you’re part of the family:-). I have not had much positive experiences within a medical setting but the treatment and care I’ve received here is nothing short of the best. I would highly recommend visiting here, Brookhurst Dental Group to all my friends and family because they’re the best and it truly feel like you’re receiving the highest quality of dental care! ❤️"
"One of the nicest dental offices I’ve been to! Was referred here by Western Dental for a root canal and crown. Just got done with my procedure and it’s perfectly done, virtually no pain, very satisfied. Brookhurst feels like a luxurious office which I love. Well-kept, smells good and the chairs are somewhat more sturdy than average. Overall really good experience. Would come here again!"
