"I recently visited this facility as of 1/17/24. I was hesitant after all the negative reviews of the providers and receptionist. I saw a male NP and met a male secretary receptionist. They were very polite and the NP was very good with his exam and rationale for everything I reported. Will definitely go back."

"Terrible. The doctor focuses only on the questions and fields her computer asks her instead of understanding the patients point of view. I get sinus infections frequently and she neglected to diagnose me with this because a "metric" on her computer didn't align. 5 days later, I had to go to a new doctor to get an antibiotic for a sinus infection."

"place is a joke if you are seeking treatment for literally anything, they refuse to give prescriptions. tell you it will clear up on its own... it is really just a place to get a doctor's note to get out of work/school, they have no interest in treating you"

"I scheduled a COVID Testing appt for today at 12:15 but when I showed up at 12:10, parked in clinic parking, and called the number to inform them I had arrived I was told that I was 10 minutes late and that I could come in and wait. I told her I just scheduled the appt for 12:15 the day before and blocked it off on my work calendar, and she said that's impossible because they only allow appt booking on the hour and my appt was for 12. I checked by confirmation email, and she was right.. I did end up getting an appt for 12. But I know I wasn't crazy so I went back to the website to schedule another appointment and LOW AND BEHOLD... you CAN book appointments between the hours! So I am not crazy, I did book a 12:15 appointment, and their appointment booking website is misleading and I guess it will just assign you an appointment to the nearest hour from your selection. IDK... if you want peace of mind and a smooth process then I would go somewhere else."

"Went there on Tuesday and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went in for strep and she got my test ran in less than 5 minutes. She was very professional and friendly. She also took the time out of her day today to call and check up on me to make sure I feel better which I have never had happen before. I will never go anywhere else again!"
