"First and last time I don't normally get my nails done but I was in desperate need of some maintenance so I went to Fancy Nails as a recommendation of a friend who has been going there for years. I went around 10:30 am. There wasn't a line and was seated right away with Helen. I asked for a basic mani/pedi. Everything was going good until they started getting customers and Helen began to rush. Before the color could dry she said I was done and began putting on my sandals. As she did it, the color smudged. I pointed it out and she "fixed it" by painted over it. She asked if that was it. I told her I guess since she's rushing me out but my hands also needed a touch up. I paid and still tipped her and left. Never going back."
