"Their service was great but the upsale was not appreciated. I called ahead and was told I could get a mani pedi for one price, but once I got there, that price doubled with what can only be explained as a language barrier. I didn’t need the parafin wax or massage and I tried to tell them, but my $85 - 1 hour mani/pedi somehow turned into $165 hour and a half. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and was shocked at the price. I felt it may have been intentional."

"I came at 6 PM, and called to ask if they could still take me before closing. Not only took me last minute, but was very detailed on the set that I got. I got a full acrylic and chrome glitter. I had to get my (natural) nails done because they were chipped before a wedding. The nail technician put so much effort and detail into every angle, and even recommended what's the best shape for my nails. Was definitely not rushed. She took her time to perfect them. 100% getting these done."

"So nice. I was a walk in. Didn't really know exactly what I wanted. They helped me choose and it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. They have massage chairs too but no one was using them so I couldn't tell if they worked. Their chairs rotate so you can get in them What was really convenient is that they do your Mani and pedi at the same time. Very time efficient"
