"The doctor, PA and nurses I saw multiple times and spoke to over the phone are nice. They are all very nice. But the offices are so poorly run and very unorganized. Getting a referral correctly sent to another doctors office takes an act of congress. Almost every interaction left me very frustrated because I went over the same thing every visit and I'm still in pain. I've been passed off to yet another doctor at another clinic so doubt I'll be back here."
"If you are in severe pain and need help quickly this isn't the place to come. I believe that the doctors are knowledgeable, but the rest of their system is not very well ran. Hard to get people on the phone, can't reach nurse, Countless screw ups with mri orders, can't verify insurance approvals. Basically got no relief over the course of 3 months because of how drawn out they made this. Overall I feel like the doctor does care about his patients, but the rest of the business has made me leave to find another option."
"Melanie the head of the billing office is racist. She brings down the value of the whole company. She has a very entitled attitude and is Extremely Rude to elderly patients, which is a majority of the clientele at this hospital. I am actively looking for my parents a different Doctor because at some point she will be the reason this practice closes. They have lost a majority of the best REAL Doctors they have, in less than a month my parents have went thru 3 Dr and 1 PRN. Hopefully Melanie is the next to Go!"
