"I would have given them a four stars but honestly I don’t know if it was just the girl I got, but there’s a lot of little details in the nails that just left them being kind of messy and kind of incomplete and I was charged $100 for these, so I would say think twice before coming here and they also don’t do gel x just putting that out there"

"They do a good job on your nails when they want to. Their customer service is terrible! Cindy is rude, disrespectful, and aggressive; so is Troy. If you're fine with being treated unfairly, come here. I acknowledge that many customers can be rude, however, there are also business owners who treat paying customers unfairly and feel entitled."

"They’re very flexible with their appt as they take walk in as well. Nail’s are always what I vision. All I do is take a pic or explain what I would like and they make it happen. Great customer service. I drive from Downey to SG just to get my nails done."

"People here are very rude and unprofessional. They want to do whatever they want. I asked the lady who was doing my nails for short nails and she wanted me to get them longer. She was upset and ended up cutting them super short. It looks like if I don’t have any acrylics. She said it was my fault that I wanted them that length. Then starts speaking to the guy in her language."

"The worse nail salon. Their customer service is non existence. The lady that did my nails was in such a rush that she almost sand down my whole nail. She had an attitude. After showing her even ehrn a picture she went with the wrong color and than tried to tell me it was my fault. I wanted a Matt color and she kept on insisting on gloss and kept repeating she didn't want complaints layer. The nails are so thick and bumpy and I had nail polish on my fingers and the outside of my nails. I was in line to pay, the guys took the payment from people that were being me and was awfully rude. First and last time. If I wanted my nails to be burning and be a thick as bricks, I would've just asked my kid to do my nails. Never again"
