"I have been going to Dr Michael Barnes for 2- years now and I trust him and stay with him because he has always done a great job, made me feel like family and hires professional staff that is amazing as well. He also helped me one time on a weekend when my dad was visiting and his back tooth came off the post and it was cutting and hurting him. He dropped everything and came to his rescue and I am indebted for such an act of kindness. Through these years we have become friends and will remain that way."
"My appointment was on July 11, 2022. The hygienist came and did her work and I was waiting to see Dr. Barnes to evaluate the x-ray results and tell me if my teeth are okay. After a few minutes the hygienist came back and told me that my teeth are good and the doctor is busy and he cannot see me today. I was not happy that the doctor didn't have time to see me, although I had an appointment with him. Two weeks later I had toothache and I went to a different dentist in Newport Beach. The new dentist, after evaluating my teeth, told me that I had two cavities and he did fill the cavities. I believe Dr. Barnes is handling more than what he can do. He is the only doctor in the office. He is also interested in making apple pies and delivers to the offices in the building. I think it is time for Dr. Barnes to retire and go to his apple pie business. I do not recommend him to any one who is looking for a dentist in Newport Beach."
