"This review is LONG overdue. I've regularly come to this location for the Brazilian sugar waxing for almost the last year. In the beginning I rarely had the same sugar mama twice, but the service was usually great, I never had any complaints. But probably since the beginning of Spring 2022, I started getting, then requesting Kapree. She is AMAZING. She does phenomenal work, she's a great conversationalist, and I love how knowledgeable she is regarding her craft. I started out with just Brazilian sugar waxes, but now I will occasionally get the lower half-leg and under arm sugar wax. Kapree always makes me feel so comfortable, and I appreciate that she makes an effort to remember things I talk about (and vice versa, because a good conversation goes both ways). I recently heard her mention the Red Carpet facial, and she explained what it was. She never ever pressured me into getting it (or any other products or services), but she explained the process so well and exactly what benefits the benefits were that I ended up booking it. I've never had a facial before and I got my first one done today, the Red Carpet facial, with Kapree. She explained what each application layer was and what it's purpose was. She evaluated my skin and gave me excellent recommendations on how to best take care of it. I came out of the experience and my skin felt amazing. The hubs even said my face looked like it was glowing :) I made my next appointment for the facial already! Overall, I highly recommend this location. The lobby, restroom, and rooms are all clean, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, and although the parking lot seems small, there's always been ample parking every time I've gone. I also highly recommend Kapree as your sugar mama. I seriously love how well she knows her stuff. With her, you'll be in great hands! And PLEASE, no matter who provides your service, do not forget to tip!!"
