But l give it five stars because any kind of education to build somebody up and give them the opportunity to become who they want to be, or just become a better person or just get better in life and to to get ahead, deserves not just five stars but all the stars because that how much better you become, through education. "I can't speak for anyone else, but I had a great experience her as a student. This is a Dermalogica partnership school just like P. Mitchell. It is now an Apre partnership school as well, just fyi. The instructors are knowledgeable and are easy going. They answer your questions and don't make you feel silly for asking. They over prepare you for the state board exam, which is what I needed. I'm well aware that school might not give me the ultimate client experience, but I wasn't expecting that. I understand that client experience is gained on the field as well as additional knowledge and technique. The owner is amazing. She's full of motivation and compassion. Her energy is top notch. The entire staff seems to be very hands on and involved in making sure the students are getting what they paid for. 10/10 would recommend."

"I don't recommend any new students to go to this school,they only focus on money ,they don't teach anything that happen in a real salon , for them is only focus to pass state board after thar you are on ur own now ,but if we don't know about real Salon ,how will get experience I was enrolled right before pandemic ,did online class , teach nothing , was waste of money . I need to take class outside to get experience and practice. Please don't waste ur time in this school ,yes people are nice but ,they don't teach anything"

"I've been coming to Beyond 21st for almost 3 years now. I was bleaching my own hair and destroying it. Can't afford to go to a full-priced salon, so I let these students have a shot at my thin, limp, baby-fine hair that's been bleached to death. The instructors are always very attentive and friendly, the students do their best and are always friendly and listen very well to me and their instructors. And of course, the price is very affordable. I love being a part of the students' learning process. I have kind of unusual hair, which enchances their scope of learning. When i leave the salon, my hair is in the best condition it will be until the next time vi visit - they treat it so well, and make my hair look and FEEL great. (I really need to find out what that is that they put in it after it's washed!) Highly recommended. If you're nervous about a beginner working on you, just let the instructor know. They'll make sure you have all the supervision you need to feel confident about your treatment."
