"These homes are brand new and modern. They're also very poorly built (you can see where people didn't take care when cutting out walls or dividers, and outlets are crooked, etc). They're painted with a cheap paint that wipes off with a towel if you make a minor spill. They peel off in entire sections if you put standard double sided 3m on there to try to preserve the walls. In several years, these places won't be nearly as pretty as they were. The walls are also thin. There were times I was in bed and could hear the neighbors having a standard conversation. The management company currently in charge is Alliance realty and they will nickel and dime you for any issues that arise from you living in and trying to maintain such a property. I think these places could be satisfactory under different management, but if that is not the case, I suggest tenants look elsewhere."
