"This office may look professional but that is very deceiving. It is all about making money from you and from your insurance. That is the reason why for simple teeth cleaning, they will not schedule one appointment, but split it into two visits which I can still deal with. In my case, I did not get the second appointment after taken the x-rays! Why? My teeth has no other problems and no extra treatment needed to be done. When I went to front desk to set up the 2nd appt for teeth cleaning, Letty showed me the next appt procedures will cost $455 that will NOT be covered by insurance. I decline those suggest treatments and said just want teeth cleaning. She rudely said you have to do these otherwise can't set up 2nd appointment. I said I don't understand and would like to speak with the dentist, Dr Alina. She seems to be related to the dentist and run the show like. I did not get to speak with the dentist and I also called twice to leave message to request to speak with the dentist and still no call back. This office is not run professionally but rudely by Letty on how much billing she can rack up."

"I called due to an severe abscess and infection and they got me in same day... I had a severe infection in 2 old root canals that needed to be extracted immediately! Alina got me in the next morning for emergency extraction & deep cleaning. I am so satisfied and feel 100% better. Next week 4 fillings & then onto cosmetic replacements. Thank you Dr. ALINA & YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF!!"

"I’m very disappointed with this office. The crown that was done earlier came out after a month and the 2nd crown too came out after a week. I called to get an appointment to fix it again but Letty (receptionist) kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes after I mentioned my problem. She is always very rude and previously too I had a bad experience from the way this office handled my prescription with the pharmacy. In another instance I made an appointment to see the doctor with someone who answered the phone and when I called on the day of the appointment to re-confirm the time the receptionist said that there’s no such appointment. They are very unreliable and take our time for granted."

"Had very bad experience with Letty (the receptionist) recently. She told me that she will contact insurance more than 1 month ago and never get back to me. I called the office and she rudely put me on hold multiple times abruptly. Some cases it is more than 10 minutes, sometimes she never get back and hang up the phone. I have been with the office form more than 5 years and don't understand why suddenly this Letty start to treat people so rudely. The doctor and nurse are usually good. But this Letty lady has very poor manner and very little patience. The business will be impacted by her for sure. It is a shame!"
