"Sorry I just want to understand how am I breaking HIPAA compliance when I'm going based off analytics on an organization called power to the patients and the no surprise act. I am giving my review and this is where we have landed. They scheduled my daughter for 2/17. When I ask to reschedule they say nothing until May. I do not know what to do at this point. Just seems like if you have PPO your child has to wait 3 months out to schedule anything meanwhile everyone else on Medicaid gets first appointments before the kids who are on PPO insurance."
