"I had used Connerth as our property manager for several years. Communication was always difficult but figured they were just busy and accepted it over the years. One day I found my house listed for rent on Zillow with a price increase which I did not authorize and also did not receive. I questioned it and they said it was an error (1st warning sign). They then had someone in their office forge signatures of my previous tenants (huge warning sign) and moved in completely new tenants. The new tenants were also not on the lease but signed by a family member who was not even living at the property. Thousands of dollars in unpaid rent and damages that could have been avoided with proper property management. Nothing was recouped as Connerth and his assistant at the time stopped responding to all emails and phone calls without any resolution. I am not one to leave a negative review however I wouldn’t want someone else to go through the same situation."
