"I moved out in September and It passed 3 months but still have not received my deposit!!!!!! And I called them so many times but did not call me back. I am so tired to get back my deposit :("
"Current 2022 resident, my husband has lived here a year before me and we’re both military. Approximately 30/40 min from post depending on how you drive and when you drive (multiple ways to get to post, which is nice) … Very friendly staff, Robert and the entire team have been very accommodating to our schedule and do a great job at maintaining the property. Robert was very patient when it came time to renew our lease and even took it the extra mile to ensure we were getting charged the right amount and credited where needed. There has been a lot of change since the new year and we’re excited to see where everything goes. The facilities are maintained and the actual apartments are nice. We really appreciate the maintenance staff for always answering the calls whether it be our water heater or the blinds. The apartments are a little pricy for less than 900 sq ft for a two bedroom which can be a little tight on the budget. However the location to the many restaurants and local department stores makes it a good area to live. Only complaint is the flooring? Or how the floors were designed, if you’re on the first floor it kind of sounds like a a family of elephants live upstairs, luckily our neighbors are super respectful and we’ve spoken directly about the issue. Overall, if you don’t mind that everything is well worth it. On another positive note: Another big shootout to them cleaning the hallways, they do this often and always makes coming home feeling fresh and clean. Haven’t had any troubles with randoms entering the building or huge parties so that’s a huge plus. We’re a young couple so we get it, so a lot doesn’t bother us much but never had a problem noise complaint wise. Loving the new dog bag station. If I could request any change it would be expanding the doggy area, that’s a stretch but more than 4 dogs can be tight."
"It’s an awesome place to live, super centrally located, great amenities, kind neighbors, and great property management. Robert is super responsive. There are all sorts of fun holiday themed events, and my fave - donut Fridays, to encourage community. I love it here."
"Proof of income for renting an apartment is cumbersome (the apartment rules seem to want a unique proof). The application fee is non-refundable. They said it was refundable at first, but they haven't paid in over half a year and eventually they say it's non-refundable. Anyway $200 per person so I lost a total of $400."
"I had made an application back in June of 2021, we paid the application fee 400$ around. We were promised to get at least 300$ dollars back. Have called back ever since and fought long and hard with them and decided to call back today for the last time. A woman answers and tells me, “oh, we don’t give refunds for applications. I can’t do anything”. So beware of lies and make sure you’re not wasting 400$ :)"
