"The dentist chipped my tooth while doing IPR and when I mentioned it they dismissed it and said it is not a big issue. Each time I asked about it the dentist was saying it’ll close up and it never did, he clearly ruined my tooth and doesn’t want to hold accountability to fix it or offer any type of repair. Not only that, my Invisalign treatment of 15 trays should have been more my bottom tooth was not straight at all!! When I was done with my treatment I told them the bottom tooth is not straight and they replied with “It looks straight to me, it’s going to cost more to get more trays” as if I was asking for an opinion but a solution as I’m paying to straighten my teeth how I want it. Overall my experience was not the best, and they do not care about their patients feedback or take accountability. Take your teeth somewhere else it’ll be ruined here."
