"I wanted to take a moment to send an appreciation note to the staff over at Affinity Dental Center. We were referred by family, and grateful that we took the advice and made an appointment over there. Dr. Lai, Dr. Chopra, and their sweet assistant Ashley made sure my son got the best care he could be given, and made sure he was calm and comfortable while there. They put together a plan for his future visits and were very gentle with him throughout the process. We will definitely be going back and referring friends and family as well. Thank you again!"

"Such a great experience! I’ve been here before and decided to take my toddler for her 1st dental check up. Appointment and check-in process were seamless. The dentist was very thorough with her exam and asked/answered several important questions. Her assistant was so friendly and professional. It was a pleasant visit from beginning to end. Wonderful staff, clean, welcoming environment, and experienced dentists!"

"Yesterday my husband woke up in agonizing pain around 2:30am from a toothache. Anyone who has ever had a toothache, understands that this pain does not subside, no matter what you do. He had been putting off getting work done for a while, because we never found the right fit for his needs. A doctor that actually took the time to listen and understand his fears and needs. As I frantically asked around for referrals yesterday, we were referred to Affinity Dental Center. I made the phone call at 12pm and my husband was seen at 1:30pm the same day. Ashely took him back to get his X-rays done, and was very gentle and kind when explaining what realistically needed to be done that day to make him more comfortable, and put together a plan for the long term and near future. Dr. Kim came in, made sure he got his mouth nice a numb, and within about 15 minutes he was able to make my husband a happy man again. Dr. Kim was sure to explain what he was doing every step of the way, and made sure my husband was comfortable always. We want to thank Ashley and Dr. Kim for taking the time they did to make this experience as pain free as they possibly could."

"I scheduled a dental cleaning a week ago and mentioned on the phone that I had braces and asked if it would be an issue. The receptionist assured me it would be fine. The day of the cleaning the hygienist rescheduled me because I had to go remove my wires and also they were unable to run my insurance that same day even though I had been there previously. (I guess it didn't roll over, but that's not the issue). Receptionist said someone would contact me that same day and give me an update on the insurance matter. No one called me for the next few days, so I called to follow up. Still no update and no one seemed to know. The day of my rescheduled appointment came. I went to get my wires removed and 20 minutes before my appointment they called me to let me know that they won't take my insurance and that I have to pay out of pocket for my treatment if I want to proceed. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible at communicating. At least the front end. They need to get better training / and or resources. They really wasted my time and I'll never be returning to to this place."

"My experience here at Affinity Dental Center went very great. Jessica ,Angelica and Veronica were very helpful and very patient with my questions. Jessica was very patient with going over my results and also following up the next day to make sure the procedure went well or if i had questions. Normally i would be a nervous person going to the dentist but here they really took care of me. Dr Eugenio and staff did a great job on my teeth very honest ,very patient and very clean work!"
