"When I first contacted this office for a new patient appointment, they were caring and eager for me become a patient there. The process of making an appointment was smooth and there were no complications especially with my new insurance. Both the front desk receptions and dental assistant guided me well and the interaction was pleasant. The doctor greeted me and show how informative and knowledgeable he was when diagnosing me. The x-rays went well and I understand how difficult getting x-rays can be on me, so I want to say I'm sorry to dental assistant. The cleaning was on the same day and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. They constantly checked up on me seeing how I was doing which was very nice of them. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns, leaving me satisfied with my first visit in this office. I recommend this office to anyone and I will be coming back again when a problem arises!"
