"Very efficient appt time was 1pm was getting X-rays by 1:05 dr saw me by 1:15 and had a game plan by 1:25. Have been going there for years and they always treat me well are considerate regarding my anxiety about dental stuff and work well with my insurance to keep my out of pocket as low as possible."

They saw I was nervous and they talked me through the process and helped me calm down. "Not sure why this place has good reviews??? I came in with really high hopes because of their online ratings, but was very disappointed. I showed up 10 min early to my 11:45AM appointment to get everything situated. I had to fill out and return the ONE sheet of paper. At this time all of the receptionist were too busy talking /joking around and talking about when they’re going to take their lunch break. They were not focused on expediting / delegating patient care. Also: An old woman walked in at 11:49AM saying she had a 12PM appointment (non urgent). Mine was at 11:45AM, and she was brought to back for treatment at 11:56AM BEFORE ME who had an earlier appointment, yet I was still waiting even though I had arrived early to fill out paper work and reminded the incompetent receptionists upfront that I had to be attended. It wasn't until after TWO times that I asked the receptionists, that I was finally told that an assistant was preparing a room to see me for x rays. At this point, they were behind and attended me way beyond my appointment time. After they took my X rays, I was taken to a room and waited in the chair for a long time….. no one attempted to communicate why it was taking so long to finally attend me. As a NEW patient for a general check up with no concerns, it shouldn’t take over an hour to finally get the doctor to see me. I also work in the medical field and we would never mess with the time of our patients/clients, or treat them this way. This is was horrible first impression and I will never be back."
