"THE WORSE NAIL SHOP AND SERVICE I came here w the intention my nails would come out nice, I specifically told Emily I believe her name was I wanted my nails square and she goes ahead and does coffin! How does this shape look like square? I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she was just doing whatever she wanted she was rude and walked away when I told her I don’t like the shape she was doing super unprofessional NEVER come here"

"I had a great experience here. I was helped immediately upon entering. They showed me the prices list up front & gave me exactly what I asked for. Only 4 stars because I do think it’s a little overpriced but I’m from DC so I think everything in LA is overpriced minus the food. My “deluxe gel pedicure” was $59… a bit excessive…but still happy with the service"

"I love this place..... But today was horrible. I didn not get the shape i wanted I had to tell her like 3 times to fix it and it still was not right. She fixed a nail and made it croocked after i told her she said she would fix it but did not. Not happy. Not at all her name was Emily plus she was not to happy about me having to tell her to fix my nails which in the end she did not. I had originally asked for Chou but confused her name for Emily. Chou is the best nail tech. Will only go with her now. $50something not well spent only good thing is I love my pedicure. Nails are all kinds of shape but cofin."
