"I paid for a mani/pedi service that included a 5 min massage. The technician Tammy only rubbed, not massaged, my feet for less than a minute each. She didn’t even use a timer! When I asked her about the lack in time of my massage, she told me that each additional minute is $1.00, as if she fulfilled the 5 minute massage. I the felt like she was testing my intelligence. She then offered to give me a better massage next time. To top it all off, there’s. $2.00 charge for using your debit card! This is not posted anywhere in the salon. When I asked her why is it not posted, she acted like she didn’t understand and never responded. This type of customer service will be the demise of the salon."

"I can never understand the 2.9 rating, I love my nail girls here. I never leave unhappy, I give them wild nail pics to follow and they always do an awesome job. Some people wait til they get home to complain, tell them straight up on the spot and they'll correct it. I've never had a problem."

Since it wasnt scrubbed. she put wrong color on and never messaged my feet :(. I'm not sure how to reply. I was in the shop today with my daughter. This is not a hate matter."
