"I was receiving treatment from Dr. Kim Young-jun, and even though the dentist changed one day, the whole family continued to visit. However, the new dentist's kind words made me blind to his lack of skills, so I am writing a few words today after realizing the truth. I'm 63 years old and haven't lost any teeth yet, but sometimes my teeth are broken/have small chips and I wanted to fill them, so I asked the doctor to fill them. He told me that as long as it doesn't hurt or make it uncomfortable for some reason, there's no need for the procedure. That would make sense if I was asking to fill my front teeth as those would fall off easily, but I was requesting my back two molars to get filled. Because I think food or cavities may get into the broken areas faster and the patched area is uncomfortable when moving the tongue, so I asked to have the procedure done as it is okay if the patch/filling falls off later. In the end, I had to repeatedly make my request 4 times to finally get two places filled in, but the job was done so questionably that one side was unsatisfactory to the point where I couldn't tell what was done. In my opinion, the hole should be filled correctly, not by putting a little something in the hole. However, I don't know what he did but the area around the filling feels weird when I move my tongue around it. In addition, it's not even where I asked for the filling. I don't understand how a dentist is not even good at basic dental techniques such as filling a cavity."

"After a horrendous experience at another dentist office in Anaheim, I lucked out and found Dr. Park's dentist. I'm so glad that I committed to coming here. He and his staff have been continuously so gracious, polite, and forth coming about details and information that I'm not aware of. I no longer live in the area but will trek 1+ hours to come to my appointment because as far as I'm concerned and living somewhere in Southern CA, Dr. Park's dental office is the only one for me. His bedside manner is so great and he talks throughout his service to let you know what he is doing; his tone is soft and attentive; and he doesn't try to force what doesn't fit!"

"I got root canal treatment at western dental but the dentist there failed to perform the procedure correctly and i ended up pulling my tooth out. So i asked for a refund but they had been delaying it for 11months. I explained this situation to the receptionist from this office and she was willing to help me. She contacted their office to expedite the refund process and i was finally able to get my money back. The staff are nice and friendly and Dr.park is very knowledgeable and skillful. I strongly recommend this office."

"This is my third clean up with the dentist and since my first clean up he has been telling me I have a small cavity. I have been telling him to please remove cavity each visit and doctor says it’s small I don’t need to. Finally today he agreed to remove it only to fins a bigger cavity. Then tried telling me a root canal is the best solution. If he would have removed the smaller cavity when I asked him to I don’t think I would be in this problem. He begins to remove part of the cavity and then was acting really rushed because the next patient had arrived. He randomly tells me that’s the end of the visit . Really unpleased with the service."
