La Jolie Nails

"Got the $25 pedicure, was fine at first, then when leaving they insisted I put my own sandals back on which I knew were too tight in the toe to risk with fresh paint. Sure enough got home and both pinkies were messed up. Go back, same lady goes to fix them, get home again and left pinky has a chunk missing from the end and the right has visible streaks of no paint. Was my third time going and my second pedicure there, will be finding somewhere else for the future."

"They are extremely vigilant in cleaning/ sterilizing during this pandemic. By appointment only and only cash or check for right now. Tasha did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very professional. There are a maximum of 2 employees and 2 clients in the salon at a time. Definitely recommend!"

"I've been coming here with my mom and daughter for over a year now. They are always very friendly and do a great job. My mom and I always get the dip powder done by the owner Thai, and sometimes his wife! The ladies always do a great job on our toes too! We will continue to come here for our nail pampering needs!"

"It is a nice looking nail shop very convenient if you're going to Target anyway at the corner of Adams and Brookhurst Street. My manicurist was very sweet and kind and very good. There is a male manicurist who does excellent gel nails. I heard an older woman complimenting him on his work."

"The pedicure was great, until it came to the polish. Went in yesterday afternoon for a pedicure and as I got out of the shower this morning I noticed that HALF of my pedicure washed off because the polish wasn't even on my nails, just the skin around/above my nails. Now, my toenails are pretty short/small, but when I do them myself I have no problem getting polish onto the nails themselves. So, either my technician wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, or just didn't care. I'm very disappointed because this place was highly recommended and now I have to take it off and re-do it myself. Waste of money."
