"Very unprofessional place. I was getting my legs waxed in the room used for facials & one of their employees kept banging on the door asking if we were almost done. The person doing my waxing had reserved the room for her use from 1:2:30pm. It wasn't even 2pm yet & the owners brother (also an employee there)continued to scream over the door asking if.we were done. So rude & unprofessional! I left in a hurry with wax still stuck to sections of my legs, all because of this unprofessional individual that could care less of other paying customers. Yet when it comes to "HIS" clients, he makes the effort to provide them with a positive experience. Shame on the owner for allowing that unprofessional behavior at his salon."
