"I used to go here every 2-3 weeks pre-pandemic. I finally felt comfortable enough to go back and had the WORST experience ever. I started off by asking before I booked an appointment if anyone specialized in nail designs because I wanted a cute Halloween design. The lady said yes and when I arrived I showed the nail tech my picture and she showed it to multiple people saying “this is so cute! Yes, we can do this, it looks so easy!” She went on to put on acrylics and cut me but apologized (I only got acrylics to make my nails easier to put a design on) and then she passed the work on to someone else. When that lady obviously couldn’t make a tiny little ghost shape, they both started saying how it was too difficult because my nails were too short (I asked before she kept cutting!) They both tried and after 2 hours of being there, I asked her to just take the designs off two nails because they looked terrible and asked to paint them all one color. She had the audacity to yell at me and then started yelling at the other nail tech I couldn’t understand what she was saying but just made EVERYONE in the nail shop stare and feel uncomfortable. She eventually apologized but I was already upset and nothing was actually resolved. By the time she finished, I was left with wasting 2 hours and 45 minutes, $40 on nails I didn’t even like, cuts on my fingers and 2 nails without top coats. I still cannot believe this horrible service. I obviously won’t go back, I really wish I hadn’t paid, and I truly hope they learn how to operate a nail shop without being rude. Lastly, changing the towels and cleaning in between customers would be something to learn! Take your money to professionals!"

"The business owner is unpolite and snobby. She told me the crystals weren't available for the customers. Some of her chairs are not working properly. The gal there never did remove my nail polish. She just sanded the old nail polish off. They kept adding their services and kept adding more amount on my fee low key to make the tab go up, without saying anything. Their staff are polite even though they kept conversating in their language (that part is rude) as neither me or my mother in law speak their language. Who knows if they were saying rude remarks about us. Any, I won't be returning to this place ever!!"

"3 1/2 Stars. (I've been looking for a new nailshop after my shop closed due to retirements.) Umm, the lady didn't remove the old nail polish for the manicure. She only filed it off. The nail edges are still a bit rough. The place was kind of loud. The service was quick, which was pretty good to me. My search will continue for a local quiet place."

"I was a customer of theirs for 7 years (I emphasize on was). I’d go every 3 weeks for my gel mani & pedicure and my daughter would go in when she wanted a full set of acrylics and pedicure. We weren’t strangers to them and I never had a complaint about them until now. Two of my gel nails were lifting after three days so I went in and asked if they could fix it . I gave them my stamp card so they could see when I came in. Thy asked who did my nails I told them who it was and had me sit down and wait till she was done with her client (which I had no problem waiting ) She fixed my nails as fast as she could and never made eye contact with me and was talking under her breathe in Vietnamese. I had never gone in to have them fix anything before so I was kinda shocked how rude they were to me. I continued to go back and things weren’t the same. They were very rushed when they worked on me or had me wait. I wasn’t happy with their work either I finally had enough and left in October 2018. Is this the way they treat a loyal customer of 7 years over 2 lifting nails ? I think not. I sent many people there as well. So they lost my business and my friends that I had recommended as well I now go to Long Beach Market Place Nail & Spa their very nice and professional there"
