"Lived here almost two years. Office staff is always very friendly and understanding of situations. Property manager is friendly and keeps good records. Maintenance is always very timely. I even had a emergency with sewage backing up and he came in the middle of the night to help me get it under control until the main issue was fixed the next day. I watch Maintenance cleaning and working on the property daily to keep it looking nice. Unfortunately residents do not do their part so it’s a constant battle. Has gym, on site laundry as well as hookups in apartments. Little library in gym area for kids. Considering it is a high crime area, the property itself is relatively quiet. Most of the worst crimes come from the market behind the apartments. We have also enjoyed st. B and Burt elementary school teachers. Overall for the price, it is a great place to live since it is affordable for low income families."
"I think this place is a great place to live! Maintenance does an amazing job keeping the complex looking very nice! Always right there when you need help with something that needs fixed! I recommend living here!"
"Drug dealers in and out the place we live near an alley way garbage everywhere, yeah rent is cheap and affordable but what's the use of you feel that you can't come out of your house due to fear of getting robbed people there some are great and some well I'll leave it there. Management doesn't Regulate people due as they please this is not a safe community for children cars speed through there every single day. Just recently a week ago someone in the complex felt it was ok to loosen 3 of my tires luggs now tell me if that's safe to you. MOVE AT YOUR OWN RISK I GIVE A #0 TO THIS PLACE."
"I use to live here 4 yrs ago and it was an ok place. Yesterday I had an issue with an payment from 2yrs ago that was never posted but was paid for! So I was so angry and was in the mood to cuss anyone out even the property manager of this place BUT when I say she changed that as soon as I walked in the door and solved everything that was messed up before she became manager. She was great, bubbly and very kind. Thank you for all your help! I recommend these apartments."
"SCAMMERS!!!! I went in looking for a 1 bedroom (I am low income and need something affordable) and was told one might come available and they would call me the following week. No phone call ever came in, so 2 weeks later I went by. Now don't get me wrong, the staff is super nice. They will sweet talk you out of your money. I was told on my second visit (2 weeks after first visit), if approved, I could get a 2 bedroom for $495 a month. I paid the fees and gave them my information. She told me, if approved, the 2 bedrooms cost me $495 a month. I just had to be approved. During the visit, she looked over my paycheck stubs and kept asking me if I was do for a raise, did any over time, so forth and so on. It did not click for me that what she was searching for was more money from me. After paying the fees for the credit checks and whatever fees they have, I left hoping to be approved. The next day I got a phone call. I've been approved! However, the rent went up to $580 a month. I bring home $1100 a month and they want more than half of that? This is supposed to be an apartment complex that helps low income like myself, not hurt us! I told her, I can do $495, not $580. She said "oh well" and hung up. Scammers!!!!"
