The walls are paper thin. Apartments are filthy they will lie and say they clean the carpets annually they don’t. This place is cheap for a reason don’t live here unless you ABSOLUTELY must"

"Note: Main 608 is ran by Keystone Realty & Managements (Look them up). I was a resident for two years and it was great until I moved out. My lease was ending and I gave the management a notice months ahead that I would be leaving. I also requested for a move out inspection. I spent a good load of money to buy cleaning products and dedicated a whole day to wiping and cleaning all the rooms as well as vacuuming. Day of inspection came and the inspector said it looked great and I didn't have worry about paying anything (paint is considered normal wear so don't let them charge you $45). She even thanked me for cleaning the apartment... Two months later, I find an email stating that I owed $150 for cleaning fee and $45 for paint (almost $200, which is amount for deposit you put it before rent, WOW). Get this, the management team located at Main 608 doesn't dictate if conditions of the apartment is a pass. Apparently there is a separate department within Keystone Realty that does an in-depth inspection. So note to those who are currently there and are about to move out, request for right people to inspect and ensure they have THE MOVE OUT CHECKLIST with them when they do inspect (walk with them everywhere they go, look at everything they look at). Make sure they print their name and sign legibly on the document after they are done. GET A COPY! Even go as far to take a picture with them holding it.. It was my fault having the person who did inspect not sign a paper saying that I was 100% good to go I guess...? $150 for cleaning? Even after cleaning the place too? I mean come on... I promise you, keystone management will reply to this saying this and that, but understand that they weren't there. However, their employee was there, and they know what they said to me. It's all about money and they will try to take as much as they can from you. Other than that, the place was nice."

"Very nice luxurious apartment! Breanna gave me a wonderful tour and made me feel very welcomed and I met some of the other staff in the office and everyone seemed very professional and friendly. This is the place for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and affordable apartment!"

"Went in to get information on leasing options and was greeted with smiling faces that was eager to help and answer the many questions that I had. The information was abundant and very straight forward. The tour, led by Ms. Amelia Thiesing, was very expansive and she showcased the beautiful model rooms. I fell in love and will be signing the lease to move in. 10/10 would recommend visiting if you are looking for a place to stay."

"Star Lynn gave me a wonderful tour of the apartments , everyone seems so nice and she was able to provide me with so much information as well as showing me some of the great things about this place! My absolute favorite area is the wreck room and gym. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious and doesn’t feel like a cramped area and all the rooms are perfect sizes."
