"Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. First time going to Ulta and didn't know where something was and the young lady helped me find it. And Got 20% off my order. Bought some eczema cream for my baby going to try it and see how it works. The young lady at front desk was really helpful even recommended the SundayRiley said they are natural plant based for eczema I will try next time. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but totally recommend this place."

"I went to ulta to dye my hair & get a full highlight. When the stylist Natali finished my hair, she completely forgot to do a root blend & didn't leave the school toner longer which caused certain parts of my hair orange. Not only that, but when i went to get my hair styled for prom, my hairstylist took pictures of my hair which showed that she left certain pieces of my hair untouched and some parts too thick. I definitely do not recommend her as someone to do highlights. Ulta choose your workers wisely."
