"This location does not like to give answers when being asked about procedures and prices. If you question them, like we did, we got asked to go somewhere else. There was a lot of unnecessary work done and charged ridiculous amount."

"Highly don't recommend! I went in got my exam it was good until that point. Then the dentist came in to confirm what I needed done. He said I needed to see his girl up front to tell me what everything was going to cost. I let him know I had Dentical through Healthnet. This is where it got ugly. I had to stop him in his tracks because at this point he acted like he didn't want to help me because he wasn't going to be able to charge me cash. I had to ask for antibiotics for the absence I had and my teeth were never cleaned. As I was told before anything had been done. So I called my insurance and asked for a second opinion explained what had happened and I was told that I needed to get a copy of my xrays. I called Fairgrove Dental and they tried to charge me 50.00 for a photo copy of my xrays. Literally a 25 cent copy. I called my insurance and they let me know not to worry about it that I was able to retake my xrays. I have filed a grievance against them because if this facility wants to charge people with Dentical then they shouldn't be in this type of program! Worst Dental facility I have ever been too!"

He is patient with me and extremely attentive. His office staff and dental assistants are always pleasant and helpful too. I would recommend this office to anyone without any reservations.
