"Lazy scam doctor who exists to bill office visit and X-rays without doing further patient work. He serves himself and not his patients. I noticed his medical license is not from the USA. He isn’t helpful and will only do less-than-basic tasks to charge/bill you for your wasted time. He’ll refer needed difficult tasks to someone else to deal with which takes more of your time. Stay away for your own good even if your insurance selects them."

"The front desk representative was atrocious. It look almost a week and a half to get an appointment because Zoila didn’t do her due diligence in acquiring the information needed to add me as a new client. I had to take initiative and start two (2) different conference calls between my insurance and Zoila to get this going. If I didn’t do so, I’m assuming that I wouldn’t receive a call back. Not only that, but she showed retaliation (on a recorded line) by scheduling me for one appointment, later to send me a confirmation message for a different time, and when I tried to let them know about the mistake on scheduling — silence. So, I accepted my date for a different appointment time. On the day of the appointment, I came an hour early for my appointment to make sure all my new patient paperwork was done in a timely manner. While filling out my paperwork, there was an elderly gentleman who was being worked. I felt bad for him because Zoila was sort of berating him when they had a disagreement about medicines being taken. When it was my turn, although he was a nice man, the dentist didn’t assess the issue I came in for. When I asked for a copy of my paperwork at the end, Zoila refused and said I can ask my insurance for it."

"After calling 3 times they finally picked up to tell me they DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. told me to call my insurance company because they have no clue. Sounds like they just care about your money and not your dental work. Don’t come here. Dental office can’t handle questions and don’t want to talk to you says a lot."

"Called twice and left messages both times to schedule an appointment. Never got a call back. Guess they don't need anymore business. Got reassigned a new dentist through insurance provider."

"I would give 0 star to this place. The receptionist is rude as hell! Called her for an appointment and she said she needs to confirm with my insurance provider and that after confirming she would call me back the same day. I waited for 3 weeks and called her back, she wanted me to provide all the info again to start over! Instead of offering an apology, she was talking so rudely as if they are the only dental clinic in the city. My request to all, please stay away from this awful place!!"
