"My girlfriend and I have been going here for the last 6 months. This is our first pregnancy. The care is minimal. The doctors seem annoyed when you ask questions about a birth plan or what to do in an emergency. And I say "doctors" instead of "doctor" because in the last 6 months, we haven't seen the same doctor twice. Today was the final straw though. 3 hour wait for a 15 minute appointment where the doctor of the day literally came in, got annoyed with our questions about what our birth plan would be since we've been told NOTHING so far, and then got up and left without doing ANYTHING AT ALL. No tests, no questions about how my girlfriend has been feeling, absolutely nothing at all. We had a growth scan scheduled after this appointment, and when we went to do that, they kept us waiting for an hour, just to tell us that we didnt have a growth scan scheduled for today at all. And to top it off, they had the WRONG INFORMATION for my girlfriend. Apparently weve been going to a clinic in smyrna this whole time, which we HAVEN'T. Stay the hell away from vanderbilt. It's just a name. Go to saint thomas instead"
