"This place is a absolute joke. They advertise discontinued cabinets so I go to there plant and see some that I like and Talk to JEREMY. He sets up a appointment for the following Monday at 11:00 am at my house and I have my builder lined up for 11:00 am. No show no call. Tried calling him no answer so I drove back to there plant and talk to JEREMY and he says he got busy and says I will leave here at 8:30 in the morning and meet you at your house that is 15 minutes away. I ask JEREMY to call me or text me if he was not going to make the appointment My builder and my self wait till 10:00 am and no show no call. With this attitude from JEREMY who is a manager I would be shocked if the cabinets they produce would be of poor quality also!!!!!Allen Roberts. You should change your website that says we have discontinued cabinets for sale if you are going to be a wholesale only!!!"

"This place is a complete joke we had Two different appointments set up with Jeremy the manager. He made the appointments himself, he was supposed to come to our house and lay out cabinets for us to purchase from them. He was a no call no show for both of Those appointments that he made.When I called down there to try to talk to somebody, anybody, or to get a phone number for their corporate office I was told Jamie was the CEO and the president of the company and that he was currently busy in the warehouse I left a message with the receptionist trying to get a call back and I left a message on his voicemail. I never got a return call from the manager Jeremy or the CEO/President Jamie. Please do not waste your time with his cabinet company!"

"Ive been using these cabinets for 3 yrs now and i cant do it anymore. Bought this kitchen cabinets this year and there were 3 damaged items in the order. I sent pictures and emails to the home outlet rep that i bought the kitchen from. hertiage cabinets said on a weekly basis that its going to be at the port and should be at their plant in TN by monday. This has been going on for over 6 months now. I havent received the full payment from the clients. you will save some money by going with them but you will be doing paint touch ups and fixing doors/draws. nothing is ever aligned correctly. The rep stopped sending updates to home outlet for some reason. if they would have sent an email to me saying, hey, sorry for the delay, the door is on us and we will get you on the next project. i would have said fine, lets move on and i can give a credit to the clients. that didnt happen here."
