"Not happy at all. The staff was very pleasant but did a horrible job with my friend and my own nails. The shape was off and the acrylic was left very thick. My friend’s tech noticed her nails were thick and re did them and they still came out bad she even cut her trying to fix them. Even the gel was left thick on my own nails. Pedicure lady did a great job but I overall left this place extremely disappointed. This place was empty when I arrived, I should have known better. Please don’t waste your money!"

"This is a horrible place to get your nails done. The lady with the purple hair that did my manicure was AWFUL & BEYOND LAZY! A simple manicure not gel but regular manicure she couldn’t even give a mediocre job. I had to tell her so many times to file down my nails to buff my nails her response was “your nails are too weak because you had acrylics i cant.” What? Ive had acrylics on and off for 20yrs yes you can file down to give a smoother look. When its time to pay and i show her the horrible job she did mind you my pinky nail has an air bubble she then tells me she can file my nails to my liking si she can get paid. What in the world ? She then over charged me for the pedicure service by $3 . This place is a joke ! My 6yr old niece can paint my nails better"

"I've now been going to Lavender Nails for quite some time now and the customer service and quality of the mail work has always been consistent. I'm always happy to come here, as you feel like it's your neighborhood friendly bar/pub where everyone knows your name and you can just relax & unwind. I love that Kim always helps me select the right colors for my hands and feet, she knows exactly what I am in the mood for that day. I see that there have been recent reviews of folks complaining about the pricing. Well, you get what you pay for and if you want quality nail work , it will cost more to have your nails done with expertise precision, skill and care. Please do your yourself a favor and swing by Lavender Nails for all of your manicure/pedicure needs!"

"This place was awesome! We had 6 of us for a mix of Manis and pedicures and all the ladies were amazing! Everyone left happy and relaxed! Kim did my nails and she did a wonderful job at giving me cute nails for my vacation. Wish this place was in Utah so I could be a regular."
