"THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS!!!! THE OWNER IS SO DARN UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD ME WAITING 2 HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND TOOK SOMEONE AHEAD OF ME!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED MULITPLE TIMES!!! KALA IS ONE OF THE MOST RUDEST TECHS IN THIS SHOP!!!! SHE HAS CANCELED TWICE AND NEVER APOLOGIZED!!!! THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!! SPIDER WEBS HANGING FROM THE CEILING!!! THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN REAL NAIL CARE!!! THEY ONLY FOCUS ON THE CLIENTS WHO WANT GEL X!!!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DUMP!!!!!!"

"Waste of money and time! Shouldnt have had to pay. Less than a week and I'm so unimpressed. My regular guy lasts 4 weeks. The lady doing my nails had to be told by someone else what to do and she didn't even know the word "round." Waste of money. Waste of time. Absolutely do not recommend."

"I recommended this place to my wife because her regular spot was closed this pass Monday and she needed it done before work. Big mistake on my part for telling get to go here! This place had a rude attitude when she first got there and the pedicure guy was VERY pushy trying try upsell EVERYTHING and wanted to charge $75 for a pedicure and the guy wouldn't stop arguing with her about spending more money, the front desk lady even said something to him about house attitude! But she went ahead and let them finish the jobv because the nail lady was actually good, but she will NOT be going back EVER again!!! If you need your nails done I highly recommend you try finding someplace else with better service if you're from the Carson area"

"Not completely happy, but they'll do. The facility is clean. The workers are friendly. I asked for a regular manicure plus the gelX nails. She only soaked my hand in warm water. No cuticle softener or anything. The service was rushed. I'd like to find a place that takes their time to do a flawless job."

"I walked in with no appointment and was helped right away by Helen. I haven’t had my nails done in ten years everyone was friendly and attentive. But the price was ridiculously expensive 75! I got ombré nails. When I went back to fill it was 45 dollars, decided to remove them at home instead. My how things have changed"
