"Have lived here for about a year now and we love it! Great staff who is always there to answer any question we have and have remained professional throughout. Maintenance has been incredible as well, mounting two TV’s for us with no charge at all which could have costed us a pretty penny. They work fast and treat our family with such respect when they are in our home .Great guys working to maintain our complex and great ladies working the office, we are grateful for it all."

"Good place to stay. The surround community is growing rapidly and you are surrounded by multiple school zones. The reason for 4 stars is the Speedway is within walking distance and inconsiderately loud past midnight throughout the entire summer months."

"This is the place to be. I only left because we had to move due to work (military). They strictly enforce community rules, so there is not alot of petty neighbor problems like pets pooping in your yard or neighbors partying all night. Most residents that repeatedly break the rule get evicted. Everything is outlined in the paperwork you sign, so you just need to familiarize yourself. Maintenace is a really great part of living here, they have a user friendly maintence request system and the staff are pretty quick about fixing issues. The property also helped us out alot during the Tornado in December, they helped us check on our pet when we were out of town. Speaking of which, the parts of the property that were damaged are completely repaired. I would 100% recommend this place to any military people, they are very friendly and have your back when crazy events like a Tornado happening."

"I moved in to this complex a little over 2 years ago. I was in a 1 bedroom at first on the 2nd floor, and when I tell you I couldn’t tell I had neighbors, I mean it. A year later it was time to upgrade to a town home. The office made the transition easy, working the paperwork, deposits etc. in line with my other lease ending. Any issue I have brought to the attention of the office has been handled. Whether it’s suggestions for toys in the dark park, or even turning the temp up on the indoor pool. Maintenance is always quick, on time, and friendly. As a neighborhood we all watch out for one another using our community page. Lastly, during the 2023 December tornado a few of our units were hit. Leaving some residents with out a home. Our owner, and managers all came in on the weekend to assess the damage, brought food and warm drinks for residents. They had just built the sister complex across the street. They allowed those displaced to move into an open unit until repairs on the others could be made. In all the complex cares about their residents and I have NEVER lived somewhere where I knew I could count on the team."

"I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex! Living here for 2 years they take care of their tenants and keep the place up to par always. If you have a service request it will be fixed the next day after and the monthly maintenance is super nice. There is multiple dogs parks and the front office is really kind as well. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment!"
