"The place is beautiful. Pool is nice. Outside of town. But. You hear absolutely everything your neighbors do. I could hear people going to the bathroom. The trash fairy goes through your trash. And management does not care about anything other than making money off you. After you sign the lease they no longer try to help, other than taking your money. The day I signed my lease there was an upset tenant having an argument with the ladies in the office. And when he left they were laughing. I should have took that as a sign and not signed my lease. I do not recommend living at kirkwood place."

From the moment we walked in, we could tell they were helpful and considerate leasing representatives of Kirkwood Place. I only wished that I owned a first rate apartment complex like Kirkwood. I would steal them in a second."

"The apartments and overall complex is beautiful. However, halfway through my lease, there was a management change. I would not recommend the new management to anyone. It has been over a year since I moved out and I am still being harassed by genesis credit company for a 400$ payment that Kirkwood management is stating I owe. However, I have adamant proof that I paid $900 through two deposits because I transferred apartments. Kirkwood place seems to have misplaced my second deposit. They’re continuing to claim it was never paid- therefore- I owe over 400$. If I never paid the deposit, per the lease, the lease would have never started. So they changed their story, and it still did not add up. I eventually gave up on the battle and allowed myself to be sent to collections after genesis credit company ghosted me during the disputing process. They are now contacting me again, 6 months later, and telling me complete lies over the phone to scare me into paying even though I was already sent to collections. This experience has been horrible and I wish I never stayed there."
