"The office staff is friendly. Jennifer is Awesome!! The maintenence team is always getting requests done in a timely manner and remembering what they worked on if they catch you throughout the complex so they can get an update and making sure your still happy with their work. I had to sign this apartment blindly from my move from Texas and I'm glad that we did best place to sign unseen if that is needed."

"The leasing crew did a fantastic job working me through the process of moving in and when I transferred apartments within Waterford Landing. They have always been super nice and easy to talk to. They strive to keep up with whatever maintenance problems you need tended to and put forth their best efforts to help you have a peaceful time while living here. Ms. Jennifer worked with my wife and I and was the best at answering all of our question and staying on top of things for us."

I worked with Iesha in the leasing office upon my move in and she definitely contributed to my reasons for choosing Waterford Landings. I attempted to tour other complexes and the staff were not as friendly and inviting. All in all, I have enjoyed my experience so far."

"I have lived at Waterford since 2018. Wayne, one of the (fantastic) maintenance crew has been here just as long. During that time he has performed many work orders for us, including on Easter one year. We had a clogged disposal, and he not only rushed over, but cheerfully cleared it out for us. Wayne is always extremely polite and professional, but friendly as well. I was out walking today, and after the previous weeks storms, there were some cars that would not start because of the cold. Wayne was very kind and helped one of the residents with a jump start early this morning. Wayne is a hard worker and spends a great deal of time and care to make sure the grounds are immaculate at all times. He is truly an asset to the Waterford Landings team!"

"Have Lived here for about 6 months so far and the Staff at the office is always friendly and timely! Not many places allow pets, which is why i actually moved here, to have my fur babies! They have a dog park too! The place is always neat and manicured. Definitely a well cared for community!"
