"Absolutely no management, nothing, nada. They lied to me over the phone that their SPECIALISTS accept my insurance after taking my info, and caused me to spend 3 hours of my time only to be told they don't. Their office "manager" (Thai) is unbelievably uneducated and clueless for lack of a better word. Does not know the difference between prosthodontist who she claims does only implants, and periodontist who she insisted vehemently, "does only crowns". Do a simple google research, doesn't take a genius. She knew about my frustrating situation yet she started arguing with me about what my own insurance can do for ME, the MEMBER, then was proven wrong because i told her i called them half a dozen times. Ms know-it-all claimed she knows better than i do lol despite my getting straight answers to my straight questions from the insurance directly, all based on my own info & plan. She lied that the resin composite is not covered when it is and the insurance sent me the code, name and cost of that by email. They just want to charge me for it, and guess how much ? $750 to fix a microscopic chip on one tooth when the WHOLE tooth cost me $210. What a shame ! I had to call after leaving just to make sure they weren't talking about ceramic. Then she said "NO i won't call your insurance to check on the coverage for resin, you do that" while claiming she is "trying to help" me, and...dropped everything, stormed out and went chit chatting with the others. That is unfit of an office that respects itself. I waited and waited like an idiot not knowing what happened and what was supposed to follow. Suddenly a clueless Stephanie looking completely distraught comes and asks me why i am still there with extreme defensiveness (drama queen, much? if Thai is overwhelmed, you don't have to be rude to the patient). I mean give me a break. She insisted AGAIN that it is not their job to check if THEY would get paid by my insurance when they did do that PRIOR to my visit. Basically what happened is that they simply decided to stop helping me and went chit-chatting (basically no work and they have a lot of openings) as if the patient wasn't there. They also failed to call today as promised by Kim about the coverage. I had to call again and a ruuuude (and frankly limited) Stephanie fails to answer the SIMPLE question asked: "You gave me 2 referrals to doctors NOT in my network (another mistake) despite promising you would, SO i will pay out of pocket for a periodontist. SO will you take a recommendation from a periodontist who you did NOT refer me to ?" TWICE i asked and twice she misunderstood and like a robot kept talking about calling my insurance. I mean how do you hire morons like that ? Don't you TRAIN them ? Did they even do high school ? She then put me on hold, hung up on me, then after i called again she picked up while laughing hard (??) repeating the same thing again. So i got a know-it-all undertrained office manager who shouldn't ever be one, and some totally mentally challenged assistant who both refuse to do their job. Trust me, i am sending this report to the insurance."

"First let me say that I am a dental chicken. I have been to the best dentists from Pasadena to Beverly Hills. My experience at Vistasol was by far the best. The staff is magnificent. The front office girl really knows her stuff. Anna in the back is very sweet. She put me at ease. Then I met Dr Adhami. All of my anxiety melted away. She is calm, pleasant, funny and confident. I had three fillings, then went back for a crown two weeks later. This was the first time in my life that I actually looked forward to my dental appointment. My advise: look no further, they are the best."
