"I ask the lady to dye my hair blue, she said she can do it without bleaching, which I requested. I asked her LITERALLY EVERY STEP if it will come out blue. She said yes multiple times REASSURING ME MULTIPLE TIMES that it would come out blue. Like I’m not blind, if she couldn’t do it just tell me, instead of making me pay $200 to make my black hair black, what kind person is that If she told me she couldn’t do it, then I would let her bleach it or just not get my hair done. it’s annoying that she kept on lying to me repeatedly and still made me pay the price Because she “used the products”"

"There has a man with short hair inside who was very unfriendly. Competing with colleagues and very unprofessional. He'll pretend to be professional and sell you hairstyles that really don't suit you and hurt your hair. And they will raise prices and charge tips on their own. Everyone else there is fine, go there as far away as possible from that guy and don't take his advice."
